Our team: The Role & The Work

As an Associate Administrator, Partnership Engagement & Events, you will lead our outreach efforts and manage relationships with external partners, rescue organizations, and cross-platform communities. You will also coordinate community events, photo contests, and awareness campaigns.

What you’ll actually be doing:

Partner Outreach & Relationship Management: Identify, reach out to, and onboard legitimate animal rescue networks, Discord partner servers, and community allies.
Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute community-wide events (such as seasonal photo showcases, fundraising drives, and educational Q&A sessions).
Cross-Platform Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact between /r/AnimalRescue and external partner teams to ensure aligned messaging and co-promoted safety initiatives.
Engagement Tracking: Monitor event participation and partnership growth, collecting feedback to continuously improve our community initiatives. </aside>

[REQUIRED] A friendly, collaborative approach to connecting with external shelters, rescue networks, and partner communities.
